About Pool Repair Pros Phoenix

We are a Phoenix pool repair referral service. Tell us what's wrong and we'll connect you with a local pool repair company.

We are not a pool repair company

That is worth saying plainly, because a lot of sites that look like this one are vague about it. We do not own trucks. We do not carry parts. Nobody here will turn up at your house. We are not going to be the people who fix your pool.

What we do is narrow: you tell us what your pool is doing, and we pass that to a Phoenix pool repair company that works in your area so they can quote you. That is the whole service.

How the match actually works

There is no algorithm and no directory to browse. A person reads what you wrote. That matters more than it sounds, because “my pool is losing water” and “my pump is making a noise” need different specialists, and sending a leak to a pump company wastes a day of your summer.

  1. You send the form. Name, number, and what the pool is doing. About a minute.
  2. We read it and pick who to send it to based on the problem you described and where you are.
  3. They contact you directly. From that point the conversation, the quote, the schedule and the work are between you and them.

You are never obliged to accept a quote. If it is not for you, say no. Nothing is owed to us or to them, and we do not chase you afterwards.

What it costs you

Sending the form is free and the quote you get is free. Homeowners never pay us anything.

We work with one pool repair company per area, not a list of them. A lot of “get three quotes” sites sell the same inquiry to several companies at once — that is why filling in one form there gets you five phone calls in an hour. Yours goes to one company.

We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone beyond the pool company we refer you to. That is set out in full in our privacy policy.

How to check any pool contractor yourself

We would rather point you at the regulator than ask you to take our word for anything. Arizona licenses pool work through the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, and pool work has several license classifications. R-6 Swimming Pool Service and Repair covers routine service and minor repairs, but the Registrar excludes gas lines, electrical work beyond the first disconnect, and a full plaster or pebble resurface from it — those need a different classification. Check that the license on the company matches the job you are hiring for.

You can look up any company by name or license number, free, on the Registrar's public contractor search. It will show you whether the license is current and whether there are complaints against it. Do that before you let anyone start work — on a company we refer you to, or on one you found yourself. It takes about a minute and it is the single most useful thing you can do before hiring a contractor in Arizona.

What we do not do

Being clear about the limits is the point of this page, so: we do not inspect or supervise the work, we do not hold the warranty on it, and we are not a party to your contract with the pool company. We do not rank or rate companies, we publish no star ratings and no reviews, and this is not a directory — there is no list of businesses here paying for placement.

Any prices you see anywhere on this site are market ranges published by others, and each one says whose figure it is. They are context for a conversation, not a quote. Only the company that looks at your pool can give you a real number.

Who runs this

Pool Repair Pros Phoenix is independently run. It is not owned by, and not a trading name of, any pool repair company — which is the reason we can be straight with you about the R-6 check above.

If something on this site is wrong, out of date, or reads as though we are claiming to be something we are not, tell us and we will fix it. Use the form below; it reaches the same place.

Where to go next

If you already know what is wrong, start with pool repair in Phoenix or go straight to the relevant page — leak detection, pump and motor repair or heater repair. If it cannot wait, the emergency page covers what counts as urgent and what does not. Otherwise send us a message and we will take it from there.

Tell us what your pool is doing

No cost and no obligation. We'll pass it to a local Phoenix pool repair company so they can quote you.

We are a referral service: by sending this you are asking us to pass your details to one local Phoenix pool repair company, who may call, text or email you. Tell either of us to stop at any time — see our privacy policy.
